Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Transport to and from airport can be arranged by staff. For me they also found an excellent tour guide who showed me around (Apartheid Museum, Soweto, Alexandra etc). ...

Pros: Staff are very helpful
Cons: there are very limited varieties in breakfast they don't offer any food or beverages indoor, I have to order from somewhere else or to go outside.

Pros: The staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.
Cons: Only problem I had was that I forgot an electrical adaptor and the guest house didn't have one - a minor problem really.

Pros: I liked the homely atmosphere and the flexibility of the staff. Shaka is in a quiet neighborhood.
Cons: I could have done with a chair in the room! Breakfast was rather monotonous.

Pros: The staff were friendly. The place is not noisy. The room was clean, comfortable with air-conditioning.
Cons: There are no room numbers and delivery people had a problem with that. I had to do a lot of explaining and convincing.
