pool access rooms are amazing. well priced minibar and friendly staff
Liked the access to the swimming pool and was quiet
Room seemed it hadn’t been used in a while as musty smell when we walked in! But every soon soon sorted out
The breakfast and restaurant staff were excellent and so was the pool access room!
The concrete shower floor (looked very dirty) and the reception staff were very slow and unhelpful at times. The fitness centre was a let down with two old treadmills that were accidents waiting to happen when you tried to run on them.
Don’t let the grand reception area fool you... this place is getting tired and run down and the area as a whole, not just this hotel, is about 70% populated by Russians. If you’ve ever been near them on holiday before, then I don’t need to say any more do I? If you haven’t, my advice is to pick another area. Bland hotel, ruined by atrocious clientele. Swimming pools were dirty (not helped at all by guests). Broken glass in pools. Reported, but no one did anything, so just fished it out ourselves before someone got hurt. Late night/early morning drunken pool antics woke us up most nights. Again, reported but one very young chap left on his own at reception late at night. Very few real moments of peace and quiet in over a week. If you’re not getting woken up at 4am by some drunk in a pool, then you’ve got screaming kids during the day to finish you off. Gave up reporting it in the end. I feel so sorry for the staff here. Most were lovely, like all Thai people are, but Phuket Island has made a deal with the devil. Stay clear.
Staff were so friendly. Great people and super helpful.
The room was worn out. The fittings, shower and bed were in really bad condition. Not to sure if we stayed in an old section of the hotel. It looked nice elsewhere.
