Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and the charming, characterful atmosphere of the property. Many enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the convenient access to Kelso. However, several reviews noted disappointment with the breakfast quality and waiting times, as well as some issues with bed comfort. While the historic building and overall ambiance were appreciated, some guests felt cleanliness and maintenance could be improved in certain areas.
