Pros (+) The reason I stayed was front desk and housekeeping was very helpful. THE ONLY TWO TEAM I WILL GIVE 5 STARTS. The mattress was very, very comfortable.
Cons (-) 1. Check in time was to late. 2. My original room wasn't available. 3. AC in the room wasn't working. 4. Cleaniness from the out side building wasn't there.

This year, however, the fitted bed-sheets on both of the double beds in room 111 were so stained I could not sleep on them, disgusting, you can guess where the stains were located.
