Kind of run down inside and out except front desk area. Photos in reviews buy guests are for the most part are on the money.

Pros (+) The reason I stayed was front desk and housekeeping was very helpful. THE ONLY TWO TEAM I WILL GIVE 5 STARTS. The mattress was very, very comfortable.
Cons (-) 1. Check in time was to late. 2. My original room wasn't available. 3. AC in the room wasn't working. 4. Cleaniness from the out side building wasn't there.

Cons (-) I gave this place a decent review last year when I stayed here two days because it is the cheapest motel in Orlando (per Kayak search) and better than the posted reviews would lead you to think. This year, however, the fitted bed-sheets on both of the double beds in room 111 were so stained I could not sleep on them, disgusting, you can guess where the stains were located.
