Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and considered it a good value for the price. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews expressed serious concerns about cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, unwashed linens, and poor housekeeping. Some guests also noted issues with service, describing staff as unhelpful or inattentive. While a few reviews mentioned positive interactions with staff and appreciated the parking and tranquility, the negative experiences with cleanliness and service were frequent and strongly worded.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) The premises needs to be cleaned. Towels and rags should be provided
Cons (-) Everything
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Nasty place in Kissimmee avoid at any cost
Pros (+) The reason I stayed was front desk and housekeeping was very helpful. THE ONLY TWO TEAM I WILL GIVE 5 STARTS. The mattress was very, very comfortable.
Cons (-) 1. Check in time was to late. 2. My original room wasn't available. 3. AC in the room wasn't working. 4. Cleaniness from the out side building wasn't there.
Pros (+) $30 per night for a motel in Orlando

This year, however, the fitted bed-sheets on both of the double beds in room 111 were so stained I could not sleep on them, disgusting, you can guess where the stains were located. I arrived late at night ...
