Pros (+) Great access to the beach. Nice pool. Good breakfast.
Cons (-) Small dated rooms that are not very nice. Rude front desk staff. Loud bars nearby until 2-3am.

Pros (+) Right in the middle of everything on phi phi island. Nice pool, great views and steps from a beautiful beach. Possibly the best buffet breakfast I've ever had. Rooms are not huge but everything else more than made up for that. I'll be back.
