Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, stunning views, and excellent pool facilities. Many enjoyed the spacious rooms and the overall resort atmosphere. However, several reviews mentioned issues with maintenance, cleanliness, and the value for money, with some guests feeling the property was overpriced for its current condition. Service experiences were mixed, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others were seen as unaccommodating. Breakfast and food offerings received varied feedback, and the uphill location was challenging for some guests. Despite these drawbacks, the natural setting and amenities like the pool and views were highlights for many.AI-generated from customer reviews
