The rooms are nice and we had both a soaking tub and a stand up shower.
Everything else! There is no bell service over half the time, and they didn't tell us this until we showed up with two weeks of luggage and would not allow us to even use a cart. The self-service kiosks were a joke, over half of them didn't even work. The pool is closed half the week. So basically they raised their resort fees but took away over half of the so-called amenities that those should cover. All in all I paid almost $45/day in resort fees for internet that didn't work half the time. I could have paid less using my Hotspot. I was so excited to stay here for the first time, and was so extremely disappointed. Do not recommend wasting your money.
Excellent price, Restaurant and shopping in one place
The casino area need more vibes, may be more lighting and nice music collection. The vibes in the cosmopolitan casino are more up to the beat, and more fun. May be add seating and resting areas just to relax away from the bar and gambling. Cleaning may need more staff, when it busy. Thank you
The location was amazing, the complex has everything we could possibly need. The room was updated, clean and stylish. Love the touch of seeing my name on the TV, great personal touch. Touch less Check in was a breeze, easy to get through the prompts and the instructions on how to get to the room were super helpful. I liked that the room included a little dining table and loved the bathroom doors.
While the room rate was awesome, the pricing for everything else was through the roof. Everything else from my Starbucks coffee to the food in the mall was overpriced.
The rooms were nice & clean
Actually communicating that you don't have bellman for luggage and that your pool isn't open 7 days a week, especially since I'm paying the same resort fees no matter the days I am staying.
The Internet connection, barely could use cell phones
We booked our reservation in June for June, but to find out when we arrived the hotel is not opening until July. Reservations should not be created for a hotel that shut down!
Food was delicious!
There could have been water and coffee in the room.
Check in-kiosks was the best thing about the hotel
Played at same machine for 40 minutes with no waitress inquiring about cocktails. Guest Room smelled like smoke and was told it was probably the neighbors, request for a vanity kit, was told to go buy downstairs and buy, slow sink and tub drain, within 2 hours of checking in I got multiple texts telling me how to checkout, feels unwelcoming. Finally just requested stop text
Pinar from Rewards Center gave Excellent Customer Service, and made my stay better.
Location on the strip is perfect.
No hot water in a Suite room in the shower. Didn’t receive my promotion $500 free play. When I arrived “they” said it was blacked out. Booked the trip with Caesars too. Take care of you customers better. Executive host was an idiot, no clue what they missed out on. Ended up spending all my time in other surrounding casinos.
Location, personnel, Hollywood resturant is the best. The beds were very comfortable for my wife . Not so much for me but not because of PH. I have a bad back.
I don’t know if anything could have been better. I know there probably is something but I always stay at PH because I am always treated as a high roller and I’m not one. PH is very good.
Like the very neat and organized rooms. You don’t need to get lost in the Casino go find yourself around the hotel. Has an ABC store that is a good cost effective option to not spent to much money. Walgreens is right around the corner as well.
The pool area is terrible. It’s located on the 6th floor, and the pools are small with hardly and shade. One of the pools is for all ages, while the other is 21 and older crowns. The 21 and older side had an obnoxiously loins dj / sound system, and an even more obnoxious hostess. The sound here is so loins that you can hardly here the other dj at the all ages pool. Also, there is almost no shade in this pool area. Sure some people want to soak up the sun, but what about others that would like to dip themselves in the pool just to be burnt to the crisp in the Las Vegas sun? Sure, I didn’t go here for the pool, but if you have one, make it appealing and comfortable for your guests.
