When we had a car problem it took 2.5 hours and 6 employees on six different calls, 2 different locations because we were sent to one that he no cars- all to get a new rental car. Very frustrating.2.0 Poor

I made my reservation online, when I showed up the next day to pick up my rental vehicle I was informed that they overbooked reservations and they did not have any vehicles to rent. They would not honor the online rate and whoever was willing to pay the outrages daily fee/ taxes could get a mini van2.0 Poor

I reserved a car pick up time 12:00 6/19 but when I got there they don’t have a car available, they promised me would give me the car at 2 o’clock and till 2 o’clock they still did not have a car availableCons:

I had a reservation with Hertz 11/24/20- received a call that same day few hours before my pickup time and they informed that Priceline/ kayak over booked and had no vans. I didn’t like nothing about this Bc the day before I called them asking about the reservation and they said it was ready for me to pick up. Poor service and failed on my vacationsCons:
Call your customers 2 days prior if you can’t accommodate. According to their CS team in which is cordial and better than Priceline/ kayak they are third party service providers and get reservations lists that same day of the pickup.10.0 Wonderful

Fairly helpful staff and the car was clean. Drop off was easy . . . needed to call to get a time set from noon to 8a for the pickup. Noon seemed the default in the systme, but to me it should have been at 8a w/o having to call corporate to have the p/u time at 8a.Cons:
All things considered it was good service for the cost. We would book Hertz again. The Pacifica was a smooth riding car and roomy.10.0 Wonderful
