10.0 Excellent
Pros: We chose Dinrobin for our honeymoon vacation and chose the right one. I will start from the hotel staff who were very kind, smiling and very nice people. The breakfast was very varied, aesthetic and of course everything was very tasty.  The level of maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel is very high and The location of the hotel is just as perfect.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Resort is very well layed out with making you feel like you are not on top of other guests but still a good atmosphere. Staff are friendly and accommodating. All special requests were catered for and made our stay very special.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic Location, stunning view, large and comfortable rooms. Great sunset beach bar
Cons: The welcome was not to the standard we expected. It would be nice to be offered a drink after a long flight. Food was good, but not special
5.8 Okay
Pros: Most of the staff are smily and helpful.
Cons: - What happened on the last day to me and my family from the shuttle car driver reflects a rude behavior. The only thing that I got after risking my family life and safety is an apology!!! - On the first day, there was a very big Crab in one of the swimming pools!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks God my daughter noticed that. - When any receptionist tells you that they will get back to you, no one will get back to you. - Breakfast is fair. - Main restaurant is very poor in terms of food quality and selection. BTW, it is the only choice you have if you forget to make a reservation in the other restaurants!!!!! Bad policy by the hotel. - kids club is a joke. Bottom line, for the same price, you would get much much better resort and services.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: this site is really magical, I have been traveling for the last 30 years and spoiled with incredible resorts but I was quite delighted by several items at the Dinarobin , the staff is really attentionned and dedicated, they realy treat you with personal attention, even if the occupancy is high you still have the feeling of owning the site for yourself, the pool is beautifull and quiet , you also have access to the other beahcomber resort but where there is more families and kids so not as quiet, We were on half board with breakfeast and dinner and this where I was definitively reaching a '' Wow factor'', the buffet at dinner are just incredible with so much choice of freshness, local delicacies, fish and grills, great selection of salads and sweets, incredible curry's and so much choice (IE one night the cheese kiosk had a selection of at least 30-35 different brands ).... Now I need to loose weight...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best service I had in 5* hotels
6.7 Good
Pros: - the Location is beautifull. You are straight to le Morne mountain - umami is a very very good Japanese restaurant I highly recommend it
Cons: - Check in take ages and they ask a lot of questions as flight number. Other hotels handle it much better as all or most data is already in their computer system. So nobody want to wait long and need to fill many questions after a 12h flight - W-LAN is very poor here. If you need it for work you will have a hard time here. - Staff is not trained very well it starts from small things like a waiter ask you 6x times for your room number within 25 minutes. So if you want to enjoy your meal and relax and can be quite uncomfortable. If he can’t remind numbers he need to write it down. - no water or order service at the beach. I think hotel is loosing money here as we usually order drinks and food at the Beach. - and the biggest no go ever: as we want to eat in a restaurant the first evening the concierge simply told us that all restaurants are fully booked out and simply let us stay with that. I had to complain heavy and get a supervisor to get finally a place in a restaurant. I attached a picture of one of the *fully booked* restaurants. You can simply see there is literally nobody in this restaurant. It remains during our stay and until we go. Same was for other restaurants. So to tell your customers all is booked out while actually all is empty is simply a lie and can’t be accepted in a 5 Start hotel. The supervisor Jerome indeed did a good job and try to rescue the situation as good as possible by inviting us to the dinner. But still it’s simply a no go and can’t be accepted. Without Jerome my rating would be much more worse so thumbs up for him.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect lokation, very friendly staff, nice garden...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff. Its a very rare feat these days for a hotel to be actually classy but St Regis pulls it off with aplomb. Its very big but not stacked with people, perfectly intimate. Couldnt recommend it more. Also close to one of the worlds best kite surfing locations. My 4 year old loved the kids club and he never usually likes them in any other hotel.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Very good hotel
Cons: The staff are so rude and they stole some of our personal stuff while cleaning the suit.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Privacy
Cons: Expensive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a beautiful hotel and the beach and surrounding areas are amazing.
Cons: It is a bit far away from any town.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Buffet ans food in general way too expensive
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, facilities are also very good. The staff is fantastic. Wonderful long stretch of sandy beach on a lagoon protected by coral reef. Not private beach but no one else is there as difficult to access. There is a shallow pool but you really don’t want to be by the pool anyway. Very well equipped gym.
Cons: Unfortunately the food is not up to 5 stars. Especially the quality of the food and service at breakfast could be improved. I haven’t been for lunch. The dinner is good but not outstanding. If you like fruit, unfortunately you won’t get good fruit. There isn’t much grown on the island and everything must come from outside.
