7.1 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: Very basic and very small room. Could hear people in neighbouring rooms.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: In the middle of both sides of the city. Short walk to restaurants and attractions. Not very crowded, quiet after midnight during Tuesday and Wednesday of my stay. It was very easy to extend my stay by an extra day.
Cons: Noise and flashing lights from amusements across the street from 8 PM Monday until 2 am Tuesday morning. I do understand that it is not the fault of the hotel.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location was good, but I had to stay elsewhere in the end.
Cons: I arrived late and could not get in to the building to check in. No staff around.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Room looked over part of the port.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very delicious and fresh. But was having limited variety. Can keep egg items for breakfast. The locatin and interior decoration exceeds my expectations.

Pros: Really nice area and views, was not expecting that. Close to the beach, cliffs and trail heads. Both hotel staff and cleaning personnel was very friendly.
Cons: Price ended up being a bit higher then expected due to taxes and fees not mentioned on booking.com Within there area there isn't much other stores or restaurants, plus the hotel doesn't offer lunch or dinner. So be aware to prepare food in time.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is a perfect place to enjoy a quiet weekend by the beach. We loved the location, very close to the beach and the staff was super helpful.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was lovely. The four poster bed was a delightful surprise. Breakfast was plentiful and it was lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy it. The beach was a very short walk from the hotel.
Cons: I would say the only issue was the lack of air conditioning.
7.9 Good

Pros: Breakfast was 10 out of 10 as was the room
Cons: The welcombe could have been a little friendlier

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is very close to the beach. The staff are kind. Overall, is very good!
Cons: Only for those commuting is a bit difficult since the bus is only available once or twice per day. But if you have car, then the location is absolutely perfect. One more thing, they should have a restaurant that serve dinner too.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything else was good for the money paid
Cons: Needed to ask for tea making facilities not in the apartment

6.5 Good
Pros: Restaurant was very nice for an evening meal The staff were helpful and the garden would have been lovely to sit in and have a drink but it rained. The rooms very very clean
Cons: The hotel is quaint but a bit dated The room we stayed in was at the top of the site which was a good climb.not for elderly or infirm people. The Hotel is a bit out of the way and the village is very quiet
6.0 Good
Cons: The cleanness of room.
4.6 Okay
Pros: It's close to the beach.
Cons: The man on reception is very rude. He showed us to a room first which was bleak and dated, not like the photos, and then took us to another room which was better but still more dated then what the photos show. Could do with some deep cleaning and modernisation. Despite my partner trying to speak French he didn't seem to like us as soon as we turned up. When my partner tried to ask about the Spa facilities his response was rude and dismissive. We then went back to reception after moving our bags in to the room to ask how we should pay for the Spa. It was 28 euros each, which we thought was very dear considering it only consists of a small jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room but we wanted to lift our spirits. When we went back to the Spa we then discovered it was closed and the man on reception had not mentioned anything about the closing times so we went back to speak to him. He was not interested in listening to what we had to say. As the booking is non refundable we couldn't stay anywhere else but did enquire at a hotel down the road that evening called Hotel Royal Albion. Unfortunately it was fully booked but the man on reception was ever so friendly so I would recommend people go here instead, and it was cheaper and in a better location. We also had a lovely dinner at Le Resto de la Plage and would recommend going here. A whisky at this restaurant is 3 euros 50. When we got our bill the following morning at Hostelerie de la Vieille Ferme they had charged us 23 euros for 2 small single glasses of Whisky! We were too tired and fed up of the place to even argue about it before we left.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Monica was a fantastic host
6.3 Good
Pros: The location really close to the sea and just off the D940 on which we were travelling
Cons: Overpriced for the facilities and room. Wire dated, needs refreshing. Food was extremely overpriced and not that good
6.3 Good
Pros: VERY QUAINT NICE BUILDING FROM THE FRONT IN QUIET RESORT GOOD FOOD IN RESTAURANT
Cons: OTHER REVIEWS ARE RIGHT THE PHOTO INDICATES A LOVELY OLD BUILDING BUT YOU DONT STOP IN THAT IT IS THE RECEPTION AND RESTAURANT THE ROOMS ARE IN SEPARATE BLOCKS UP DOZENS OF STEPS AT THE BACK THROUGH A VERY STEEP GARDEN EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE CARRIED HEAVY CASES UP THERE THERE ARE EVEN MORE STEPS UP THE ROOMS OUR ONE ROOM EVEN HAD MORE STEPS OUT OF THE BEDROOM UP TO A BATHROOM ROOMS ARE DATED WITH TINY TELEVISION NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE ATE IN THE RESTAURANT AND THE FOOD WAS FINE IF NOT CHEAP THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE - WE WERE NOT ASKED IF THE MEAL WAS OK HAD TO CONTINUALLY ASK FOR DRINKS WHICH THEY SEEMED T EITHER IGNORE OR ARGUE OVER WHO WAS GOING TO SERVE I ASKED WHAT TIME BREAKFAST WAS AND THE MISERABLE MAN AT RECEPTION DIDNT EVEN LOOK UP JUST GRUNTED 8-10 NEEDLESS TO SAY WE HAD BREAKFAST ELSEWHERE
4.2 Okay
Pros: It was near the beach.
Cons: Our supposedly upgraded from superior room which was in the attic. The spa that was derelict, the curtains hanging off windows, the bed that collapsed, the leaking shower hose. The unfriendly man who booked us in. The decor which was circa 1970 in need of upgrading. Sun loungers covered in bird droppings, wooden swing seat rotten in need of repair. We couldn’t wait to leave.
7.5 Good
Pros: Off road parking available for the motorbike. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was adequate and I know my experience was better than some of my colleagues.
Cons: I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. IO thought Euros 17 was very expensive.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The overall facility is nice and a big green garden.
Cons: Rooms were dirty. Breakfast is not well served, slow refilling, for sure not worth the 18 euros. The Spa is definitely too expensive for what it offers. Hammam was not steamy. Hot tub water not warm enough. Massage too soft. Toilet in the main entrance was always without hand soap and no disposable towels available. Fabric towels were dirty.

Pros: We had each a room with a beautiful view on the harbor and sea. The beautiful view is really stunning. Rooms were basic but with charming lamps/lights. Cosy. The owner/receptionist was very kind.
Cons: The ladies in the breakfast room (on both days) were not so kind and inadequate. If food was finished (coffee, cheese, ham) one had to remind the ladies, who seemed distracted and not interested in providing good services. They both responded grumpy and with a sigh. Early in the morning this is a false start of the day and not pleasant.

Cons: Bathroom lighting could be brighter
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice size room and lots of parking space
Cons: My lack of French spoken words
4.2 Okay

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and spacious room with a view on the forest, making it a nice and quiet spot to relax.
Cons: The mattress was a little bit hard and we were not informed beforehand that the restaurant was not open that evening. Also, you really need a car to get to the hotel.
7.1 Good
Pros: Wonderful private hotel with elegant decor and beautiful buildings .
Cons: The bed was hard and lumpy. My partner and I did not sleep well!! We were situated in the courtyard building away from the main house. We have stayed in the main house before and really enjoyed the rooms.
7.1 Good
Pros: the domain itself and the authentic chateau. the jacuzzi was amazing!
Cons: The breakfast was too expensive from what you get! they serve too little for so many guests. my husband had to ask for more bread and sadly, it took them forever to deliver! sad…..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful retreat. Great reception by Baffy and its crew. Very friendly staff. Large rooms and comfortable beds. We will be back.
Cons: The menu did not seem entirely attractive but this is a very minor element.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Attractive grounds and outside of building.
Cons: Receptionist very unwelcoming. We were not able to eat in restaurant, no alternative suggestions were offered. Room small, dark, cheaply and badly decorated, poor value. We were given a bill which included the breakfasts we did not have. I had the impression they do a lot of conferences and don't encourage individual travellers. I expected a cosy environment and a much better room for this price.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great exterior/interior and territory! Very atmospheric!
Cons: Poor breakfast

7.1 Good
Pros: Lovely location
Cons: Tv didn’t work. Appalling restaurant- over-priced, chaotic staff, bad food
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location and friendly staff.
Cons: Breakfast is overpriced for what you get and given the room rate it should really be included.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The spacious suite in the Hirondelle buildling, very comfortable bed. Pleasant art deco design, quircky but nice, walk in rainshower, his and hers sinks, very large bathroom, toilet in a separate room. Nespresso machine, kettle, mini bar. Nice and homely place.
Cons: There is only the hotel restaurant within walking distance, otherwise it's 10-15 mins drive to Treport or Ault where there are some very good restaurant. The food in the hotel is average, price is high, service average (eg waitress dropped some food on the floor and left it there!). Cantine style decor. Maybe great for lunch with a view, but at dinner you can't see the seaview of course. We had a good waiter who also spoke English.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great comfy bed and decor. The coffee was wonderful. The restaurant is delicious. The sauna is great.
Cons: Bathroom was huge but scale had not been dealt with so lots of black moldy places in the shower. The TV was pointless as the reception was dire.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Outside jacuzzi is a nice addition to the stay. The view is stunning.
Cons: You need to take few outside steps to reach the room, which can be challenging when less mobile.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: none. location is good, but the room for me is far from sea, no view.
Cons: cannot meet my expectation totally, ground floor, no view, not quiet.
