I would have been more comfortable with an extra pillow.
Its proximity to the cultural quarter.
It is a little on the noisy side, traffic and trains.
That I could park for free, although limited.
My toilet design, as it was suspended from the wall and I did not feel it was safe.
Good value for money. Basic but clean and conveniently located.
Conveniently located near to station and city centre. Quiet comfortable room and fast and efficient check-in and check-out. I'll stay again.
When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the receptionist who was absolutely exccellent. She was very helpful, asked If I had been to Leicester before which I hadnt and she told me places of interest to visit. She made me feel welcome straight away. The hotel was modern and clean. Service was excellent and also the rooms were very comfortable. I would definately stay there again
I cannot think of any bad points.
Train station anouncer
Very close to the station
Would have liked free wifi
Convenient for Railway station and City centre Well maintained modern hotel
As a 'football hotel' a little too far from the ground 15/20min walk Very disappointed by the buffet breakfast which did not offer value for money or adequate choice compared with say a Premium Inn
Friendly, informative, clean, well designed, good position for city centre and public transport
