Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests appreciated the cleanliness of both rooms and common areas. The breakfast was frequently described as varied and satisfying. However, several reviewers noted that some rooms were small or had limited natural light, and a few mentioned issues with room maintenance or outdated furnishings. The deposit policy and lack of parking were also points of dissatisfaction for some guests, but overall, positive aspects like location, service, and cleanliness stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
