Cons: Nothing, really nothing to say here.

Pros: Overlooking the beach was nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff in breakfast area were amazing. They told us about local fruits and dishes.
Cons: The price was far too high for this property. The rooms need updating.. the TV didn't work. And the room seemed small for what we paid for. No way this room was worth $370 a night.

Cons: The hotel should be more cautious on its cooperation with taxi companies. I asked the hotel to arrange a ‘reliable’ taxi to the airport for me but the taxi driver seemed to cheat me by asking me to pay extra 15 sols of parking fee. At first I thought it’s a common practice in Lima but when I went to the airport for the second time, another taxi driver didn’t ask me to pay any extra fee. So be careful if you ask the hotel to organise a taxi for you.

Pros: The location of this hotel is great. It is just off the Main Street. In the middle, between jfk park and the larcomar shopping mall. The hotel room was ok, average. Nice big bed. I’d like to give a big thank you to Marco and Katherine who helped me with my tour operator and door-lock issue at 6am on Tuesday March 10th.

Cons: There is no fridge in the room. The carpet didn’t seem like it was vacuumed often. It would have been nice for there to be an open roof area to sit in.

Pros: Valerie and her staff were amazing and their attention to detail was particularly acute. From full explanation at check-in to accommodating our requests to extended late check outs. Their restaurant suggestions were perfect and times to get to and from attractions was a great help! Location was great too! Close to great restaurants and shopping. A little far too walk to some of the attractions but that was a good thing!

Location very good n close to restaurants, Kennedy park and larcomar in 15min by walk. We were upgraded to Elite room at our arrival after a long flight... bed very comfortable n pillows are great. Very calm surrounding and we loved our stay. ..hope to come back again.... Marriott is the best!!!

Cons: Payment...if you pay with credit card, the hotel sets the exchange rate that they want when converting the USD value to Soles. They would then charge that Soles amount to you credit card. I complained to the manager and she asked me if I was informed that I could pay in cash utilizing USD. I informed her no and I went ahead and paid the quoted amount due by booking.com in cash. Otherwise I would have been paying about an extra $70. Additionally, anything you purchase and charge to your room is billed as USD but when it’s time to pay, its converted using same formula and turns out much more expensive. I did not do the breakfast which at $17 plus conversion about $20 too expensive...great alternatives around the hotel.
