Pros: Nothing
Cons: This was the worst. I made my reservation through Kayak, received a "confirmation" code and all for nothing. When I arrived at the hotel I was at the check in area for 4 hours. They never found my reservation. I had to pay for a whole new reservation at the spot cause I just couldn't take it anymore. Do not book this hotel through Kayak EVER. BOTH THE HOTEL STAFF AND KAYAK ARE RESPONSIBLE and a disgrace.

Cons: Tenth floor plumbing has problem with consistent water temperatures in sink and shower. When someone else where in the hotel turns on their water or flushes a toilet, the temperature shifts. The toilet does not always dispose of solid material with one, two, three or more flushes.

Cons: Even though they advertise airport shuttle, it comes at an additional cost: $25.00 each way! I expected that if they advertise an airport shuttle as one of their amenities that it comes included. Wrong. I ended up taking a tourist bus that was direct to the area, and paying $8.00.

Pros: From the moment you are welcomed by the doorman Andres and Alfredo . To the front desk Daniel and his crew . All were incredible . Great breakfast , again service is a ten . Housekeeping is immaculate . You can walk anywhere in ten minutes . The office center is staffed by a woman named Brenda . The reason i know the names of the staff is everyone is so helpful. I live in Maui Hawaii and have to travel six months a year . This is in my top five business hotels across the world . Get the junior suite its worth it

Cons: The hotel did not have my reservation. As a result I had to pay twice for my stay, a total of $1,800.00. This will be the last time I book with kayak. The hotel staff was not concerned at all with helping me resolve the issue.

Pros: I'd just like to take this opportunity to publicly give my thanks to Juan Jose, the young bell man who took the time to kindly grab our luggage, welcome my wife and kid, and show the functionality of the room to them while I stayed in the lobby checking in. The first thing my wife said was: "Wow!! that young man really went above and beyond helping me and made me feel at home." Additionally, Priscilla, lady at the concierge desk, was very attentive and knowledgeable to accommodate our transportation and reservation needs while in the hotel. Even though, we only stayed one night (Sunday May 29th, 2016), we experience and saw enough from the hotel and staff that would makes us go back and stay at the JW Marriot Hotel Lima. Cheers

Pros: Full gym, accommodating for our stay. It was a very business and turístico atmosphere. Even though it was not romantic it was still great for us as a couple because it was close to everything romantic.

Pros: We stayed one night as a layover. The staff was polite and accommodated a room switch due to street noise without any hesitation. A waiter in the restaurant was friendly and efficient; the only wait staff with an unexpected surge of customers. I appreciated how smooth he kept the restaurant moving.
Cons: The facilities need upgrading. The rooms need double pane windows to keep the noise from the traffic to a minimum. Overall the rooms, and especially the bathrooms, need a makeover. They are quite dated and feel run down. This gives everything the feeling of being dirty but it was not.
