Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing restaurants, museums, and the train station. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with several guests mentioning tidy and well-maintained rooms. Comfortable beds were noted by a few reviewers. However, a significant number of guests complained about high noise levels, especially in rooms facing busy streets or squares, which affected sleep quality. Some guests also mentioned issues with room size, lack of air conditioning, and minor maintenance details, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
