Location is very comfortable: metro and supermarket are by hand, nice desighn; very clean.
Problems with internet
very helpful staff, located near the tube station, clean rooms.
breakfast was quite basic
Good locaton less than 2 minutes walk from metro station (Parque) and a similar walk to the large department store El Cortes Ingles (in the other direction). Very good value for the price. The room was comfortable and clean.
It's a clean place and very quiet.
Taking into consideration the price payed, it was ok.
I woul clasify this hotel as adequate. The room had its flaws (like the door to the bathroom could not be closed without moving one bed), but in general was nice and cosy. Receptionist spoke fluent english, but all the rest of personel did not at all. Breakfast was again kind of average. If I should reccomend this hotel, I would say if you find something closer to the centre at similar price, try it there. On the other hand you will not make a big mistake by checking in to Nazareth.
None of the personel serving breakfast spoke english, Wifi did not work at all (although separately charged), the fact that the hotel is last two floors of a building with number of other companies was little weird.
The service from the hotel staff and the breakfast
the smell in the room
Staff was very friendly and helpful at all occasions. The hotel is very conveniently located, even though not in the very center of town, but the nearby metro station and the many taxis passing by make it easy to get around.
They could make better coffee and have a richer variety of food for breakfast.
Clean, friendly and co-operative and much better than the exterior led me to think.
An indication in the entrance to the building as to where the hotel was, (4th floor, with lift)!
For one night stay - ok
Very dusty and old furnished place. 4 stars for it is some misunderstanding... just by 10 EUR more per night real 4 star hotels are right down the street!
The bathroom was nice, the staff were very friendly.
The room had a stench of smoke which is awful for me (I asked for a non-smoking room). This "hotel" is just a floor in a building and both the building and the elevator are very old.
"Located in Lisbon Old Town, this hotel is within a 15-minute walk of El Corte Ingles Mall, Marquis of Pombal Square and Gulbenkian Museum. Lisbon Zoo and Rossio Square are also within 2 miles (3 km). Parque Station is only a 3-minute walk and Sao Sebastiao Station is 5 minutes. "
