Pros: It is a nice and cosy hotel (or better to say: hostel - but no negative feelings about it). Staff is helpful, speaks many languages (including Polish (!). Our room was clean, bathroom as well (although it's better to take own towels, becasue they have problems with their laundry). Good location (walking distance to the most important areas of Lisbon). Breakfast was ok but no vegetables nor fruits served (but we could bring own tomatos etc.)
