Pros:

Quick check in. Car was cleaned and full tank. Easy to drive.

Cons:

The office was closed when I dropped off the car. I was instructed to leave keys with front desk and when I did the hotel staff seemed bewildered by this. Also wish there was brief overview on how to drive the car (ie. controls like windshield, high beams, etc).

I ordered luxury car and received a very basic one there is no open windows in the car the chairs cant be adjusted

The car is really nice and affordable but beware of the absurdly high hidden costs if you want to travel outside the country. They don't advertise this anywhere so it seems unfair. Within the same country travel is fine.

Pros:

Really cool car, clean and new, easy returning car using key-box in the early morning,

Cons:

During refilling car. Accidentally I haven't charge it till full, in the fuel station I loaded it till the end and computer showed me that it's full but after few km-s it showed that it has to be charged a bit more. So i decided to leave car as it. And I was charged for 10 more EUROs :)

Staff were excellent and extremely helpful - especially one man named Joe Hart who went out of his way to help me with a particular request.

slight confusion over drop off location when I was exchanging a car

nice people to deal with close to the airport (you can go walking, no need for the shuttle unless you have a lot of luggage)

Cons:

the papers with the issues of the car is not clear. there are no drawings of the car, everything is written.

Pros:

I rarely rent from Sixt since they came up expensive usually, but I had this great offer and it was not listed as Sixt but rather FLIZZR. The car war new and clean, No issues with picking up the car, very helpful customer service as I had experienced in former encounters with Sixt. Also the customer service representative hinted clearly on all and any pre-conditions (scratches, small dents), which I would have never been able to detect, since the rental place at the Cologne airport is rather a dark parking garage. I was even able to get an automatic for a small additional charge ($5 a day).

Cons:

The car, an Opel (Vauxhaul or General Motors), was supposed to be an automatic, but felt like a hybrid manual and had a very strange way to shift. Didn't shift smoothly, but I was stagnantly shifting, at least I did not have to shift manually.

Ljubljana office said there was a Dropbox in Prague. THERE IS NOT. But we spent an hour—at midnight—looking for it. We will see if a discount is forthcoming.

More info on driving in a different country would be helpful. Phone numbers to call when help needed. General things to do when police pulls over. Just a little more info about driving will be helpful.

Pros:

Nothing much, we returned the car at 10pm and there was no one to help us.

Cons:

We were billed 50 Euros for a small black mark that would be difficult to spot during pre-inspection. We felt that this was possibly an easy loophole from Hertz to take a couple extra dollars, and previous reviews of Hertz from other renters had similar views.We ended up paying about double of what we expected when we first saw the car rental on Kayak.com
