Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to public transport and city attractions. Many reviews mentioned the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the comfort of the beds and the overall cleanliness of the rooms. However, several guests found the rooms to be small and the breakfast options limited or disappointing. Issues with bathroom flooding and lighting controls were also noted, but the positive atmosphere and stylish decor were appreciated by many.
