Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Paddington Station, public transport, and local attractions. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several reviews mentioning positive experiences at check-in and with specific employees. However, a significant number of guests found the rooms to be quite small, which is a common issue in central London. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting very clean rooms while others reported issues such as dust, dirty bathrooms, or even pests. Breakfast was generally appreciated for its variety and quality. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience and service, though room size and occasional cleanliness concerns were drawbacks.
