Location was perfect for venues I came to London to attend. As I knew I would not be spending a lot of time in a hotel, this property was adequate for my needs. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was cold, an oil filled heater only supply. Shower room and toilet combined were very small.

Lokation was alright, but that's about it.
My team was disturbed late at the night, taken away by the staff from their rooms and accused from not paying the bills, which was not true. So they have had to charge them again. Definitely unacceptable approach. Plus rooms were not clean and bed dirty.

room was basic lots of things in the room was broken floor holes in it walls in the bathroom had holes in it hairdryer was all taped up could do with some money spent on the place not enough pillows even though the room was cheap and included breakfast you still want to stay in a nice room to enjoy your stay
