Pros (+) Our second stay and still our favorite hotel in London. Absolutely superior service, stunning decor, fabulous food, and lovely location. We'll be back again and again!
Cons (-) Rooms are small but adequate. Semi-see-through bathroom door was odd and not ideal for more than 1 person staying in the room.

Pros (+) I loved the location of the hotel. Very close to South Kensington subway which runs directly to Heathrow. The hotel is also close to the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Natural History museum and not far from Hyde Park. I also loved the staff. Very friendly from Veronica at check-in to the help by the bell staff.
Cons (-) The room was a little smaller than anticipated and the view from the room was of a building next door...

Pros (+) Really good location walking distance to museums and shopping (Harrod's). Staff were great and accommodating. Love the décor in the lobby and public areas. As a female traveler - bath products are Aromatherapy and the hair dryer has good power. I would stay here next time I am in London.
Cons (-) My room was a little small but still very comfortable and clean.
