Pros (+) Location to beach. That’s it.
Cons (-) Up front about parking (there is none)! They give you a map for a paid lot a half mile down the road. Super convenient, right? Not! For the name air Venice, there is no air conditioning which is ironic. They give you a shotty fan and you must open windows to try and get a breeze in the room. Pros (+) The location was very convenient access to the beach.
Cons (-) There is a large number of homeless people that are staying just in front of the hotel on the boardwalk.
Pros (+) Nothing terrible experience broken windows and window screens gunshots outside the hotel loud screams and cursing helicopters all night long garbage truck at 5 am right outside the window no AC stinky air I am asking for a refund on the cancelled nights

Pros (+) The Hotel was nice but did not exceed expectations. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the hotel was exquisite, and the location made it easily accessible to the Venice Boardwalk and Beach.
Cons (-) The room was overall smaller than what the pictures made it seem. One window was missing a screen and lots of bird waste outside the windowsills along with spiderwebs. The Elevator was very slow and did not show a recent Pass on inspection. The shower could use a shelf for toiletries. The front desk staff were nice, but kept to themselves quite a bit.
