Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location near thermal springs, the high standard of cleanliness, and the friendly, helpful staff. The thermal pool was a highlight for many, though some found its hours restrictive. Breakfast was generally well received, with some guests noting it could be improved. Spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as thoughtful amenities, contributed to a positive experience overall, despite occasional complaints about room size, gym/spa availability, and pool access times.
