Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, good breakfast selection, cleanliness, and pleasant pool area. The staff is often described as friendly, though some reviews mention issues with efficiency and check-in delays. While the hotel offers good amenities, many guests note that the building and rooms are dated and in need of renovation, with some discomfort due to lack of air conditioning.
