Pros: Lovely facility, cheerful staff, sizeable rooms with well equipped kitchens, restaurants within walking distance
Cons: Be sure to call well in advance same day if you're arriving after 10PM, or you won't get a key to your room. Continental breakfast was pretty minimal and not very health conscious. Have to pay additional fees for beachside furniture.
Situated on the waterfront, this resort is within a 10-minute walk of John's Pass Village & Boardwalk and Hubbards Marina. Bay Pines VA Medical Center and Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary are also within 6 mi (10 km).

Pros: Ended up staying at their new Bella Vista location, which would have been more expensive to reserve alone, so we got some additional value. Both rooms seemed excellent despite this major setback. Overall ended on a positive note and enjoyed the stay.
Cons: Staff decided it was a great idea to initially give us a one bedroom room despite literally having on receipt a reservation for a two-bedroom room. They suggested to either bear a one-person room until tommorrow, when a double would open up, or go to their Bella Vista condos. Had to relocate to a different location further away from the beach, no pool. Housekeeping was not informed of our occupation and came in mistakenly on the first day we stayed.

Pros: We liked having a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms as well as easy beach access just across the street. Also walked to restaurants on John's Pass about 5 min.
Cons: New bed linens need to be supplied, the ones that it had are really old. Although everything was very clean.
Okay4.0
Pros: The location was nice - just a short walk to the beach.
Cons: The space and sleeping accommodations were disappointing. The beds were old, furniture outdated, space in rooms not very accommodating, and both units we rented needed repairs - tile falling off in the shower in one unit, and a broken curtain rod in the other. The second bedrooms were very small with no closets. My husband asked that we be moved because the bed was uncomfortable and he was told “ too bad - we are booked up”. The pool was very small, and we had to pay for extra parking with the city. We will not be staying here again.
