Cons (-) Wake up call promised but was made an hour late - desk clerk wrote down wrong time Shuttle bus driver was very grumpy and rude to the passengers Hotel policy is if they fail to make a wakeup call as requested, the nights stay is free. I wrote them a letter about this and they never responded Very poor restaurant facility, all food appears to be frozen and then microwaved. Avoid!

Pros (+) This hotel is maybe the best I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are absolutely luxury from bedding, pillows, shower OR bath, minibar, cleanliness. This hotel is absolutely top notch. There’s a free airport transfer too. The staff are friendly and there is fabulous food in the bar. I can’t say one bad thing about this place.
