Location was good, hotel was clean, modern and comfortable.
Room didn’t have a desk for work. Breakfast was cold despite being made on demand.

Great central location! The staff was friendly, good advice on restaurants, comfortable rooms. Staff communicated fast and well by email or social media.
The highly advertised and shown 14th floor rooftopbar has nothing to offer in late Autumn and Winter. There is no comparable attractive inside bar or heated area. The published 02.00 AM closing time was actally the latest 00.30 on a Saturday night during our stay. Alternative: visit the next door 360 Sky Lounge and rooftop of the RIU Hotel (27 floors up). Breakfast outside the hotel is just as good, but cheaper.

Very friendly staff and nice and cozy atmosphere in the rooms and hotel.The lamps and pictures on the wall needs a bit of dusting and cleaning as well, otherwise the room was lovely, cleaned with nice views from the balcony.
The roof top bar and breakfast area was dirty, uncomfortable , nothing like the pictures. For a cold weather when you have to sit inside the bar is not welcoming. I believe in summer is better since the hotel has spectacular views.
