8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice atmosphere and very clean room.
Cons: Hotel is a little expensive for what you get. In addition, the breakfast was ok but nothing special.
7.5 Good
Pros: .
Cons: The pillows. I did not sleep all night. I should have asked for another but it was very late
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, the breakfast very good, fresh fruits, cereals, fromages et viennoiseries. The room comfortable, with a literie tres bien et pratique.
Cons: Everything was perfect
8.0 Excellent
Pros: All round good experience except below.
Cons: No kettle or tea and coffee in room. First hotel in britain i've ever encountered that. Yes hot drinks available but only at extra cost.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything...it was one of my best stays and I plan to return there whenever I need to go to the Paris area. Great parking and it is close to the metro/RER
Cons: I can't say...there was nothing wrong. If I should complain I would say that the TV does not have CNN or RAI news. I am being picky, we are in France to go around and not sit in my room watching TV. It was good for my needs. I wish the rooms had a coffee maker in them and maybe a small fridge but that is going a bit too far. Again, as for the stay and ease of movement the place is A number 1

Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: In general, nice hotel with long tradition. Some of the facilites need to be renovated. Friendly staff.
Cons: Room was small.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was upgraded by a receptionist eventually after a long discussion that the room we were inititially given was not representing pictures AT ALL
Cons: The first room we were given had absolutely everything wrong with it. Once we opened the door the smell of old dampness hit the nose with an attempt to cover it with some ‘hospital-smell-like-chemicals’. The carpet had stains all over, bathroom door wasn’t shutting properly and we had a complimentary hundered year old electric heater pluged in, as I assumed the central didn’t work. Paint above the bath was damp, mouldy and falling down. As we went to reception to complain the receptionist told us that they are in a process of re-furbishment and we were given the last available double room and that they don’t have any more to chance us. To my luck, the receptionist empatised and admitted that the room was ugly and not representing the pictures. After long discussions we were enventually offered an upgrade on the next better room but were informed that it’s by the staff deliveries in the morning so we would be woken up early. The staff by the bar also lacked attentiveness and customer service. We waited over 20 min for our drinks order to be taken. Wouldn’t stay again, unfortunately, pictures on booking.com look absolutely stunning but if you get one of those still unfurbished rooms, god help you...
7.0 Good
Pros: Beautiful location and charming old world ambiance.
Cons: Small room not even with a bath. Lousy and expensive breakfast.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location. Location. History, Staff, Parking
Cons: Rooms need a little detail though all bathrooms are restored.
Le Château du Val - Saint-Germain-en-Laye - Building

8.4 Excellent (783 reviews)
Overview Reviews

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location (probably if one comes by car as we did, not sure how comfortable if one doesn't have own transport). A great Château building and lovely garden. The room was very comfortable, the bed slightly small but very good and the shower had a good strong pressure. We enjoyed the, approximately 25 minutes, walking through the forest to Saint-Germain-en-Laye, dinner and back. The staff didn't speak English, but put effort in and were kind and helpful. Great value for money.
6.0 Good
Pros: Though charming, this is an old facility in desperate need of a makeover. Up until recently it was retirement house for members of the Legion d'Honneur. In many ways, it still feels like a retirement house. The rooms are simple but confortable, but not all luxurious. Nicely located in a park adjacent to the huge St. Germain forest. Great for a walk or a morning run. Just take your GPS or smartphone, because it is easy to get lost...
Cons: Old and worn out. Could be great if money was invested to upgrade the hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was great in a beautiful "salon" with an excellent view over the garden. The room missed a little of the "grandeur" of the chateau. Comfortable, clean but view on a brick wall and a correct bathroom with shower.
Cons: I had expected more chateau stylish wealth
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff pleasant, enjoyed location near woods with running/walking trails. Goo bus the rail connection to Paris.
Cons: Arriving in evening after long drive and with hotel a little out of town, we decided to eat at hotel - hotel had what they called a “snacking menu” on as restaurant wasn’t fully open. This was basically microwave meals of french classics, with disposable cutlery, which wasn’t great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything

Pros: Everything
Cons: Great Spacious Rooms Highly Recommended
6.7 Good
Pros: I found Ibis Maisons Lafitte pretty standard. The property manager was very friendly though. The room itself didn't meet my expectations as I was expecting a larger room with more natural lighting.
Cons: I didn't like the little ceiling window at all. I found it too small and limiting of natural light.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel looks like a typical cottage. The employees will help you with any doubt. 20 minutes near Paris downtown
Cons: If you go on foot. You need to walk a little.

Cons: I have No idea how it happened that Our hotel was outside paris center. I marked one of the positions of the chain hotel. But, i need to be more careful about the approval sent to me. It was unexpected, and i needed to use plenty number of taxi drives.... :/
7.0 Good
Pros: Good sound insulation, sheets were clean.
Cons: The sofa cover was dirty and needs to be replaced. It looks like there was no ventilation in the bathroom. It takes a long time to wait for the elevator.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was welcoming supportive and friendly.... great customer experience
Overview Reviews
A stay at Hôtel Kyriad Paris Bezons - La Défense places you in the heart of Bezons, a 9-minute drive from Paris La Défense Arena and 12 minutes from Stade de France. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.5 Good
Pros: Parking that is secured by an electronic gate that I assume was locked overnight. Comfy bed, newly decorated rooms, rain shower, nice variety at breakfast including some cooked elements, pancakes and traditional continental breakfast elements.
Cons: Unfortunately this hotel’s location is a little... dodgy. I know the hotel can’t do anything about this but as cyclists cycling into the area it was a little intimidating. Nothing went wrong but I definitely wouldn’t have wanted to be a pedestrian or trying to navigate public transport round the area. I think if you were to come by car or coach directly to the hotel it would be ok. It felt safer early in the morning upon departure than late afternoon. I personally wouldn’t have walked out from the the hotel in the evening.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The croissants are so good the bed is comfy I love the bathroom
4.6 Okay
Pros: The pillows were nice. All of the staff were really helpful!
Cons: The area wasn't nice and the doors slam when neighbours were closing them. My room wasn't that clean and I found hair in my bed when I arrived. The staff were really nice and changed my sheets. The fan in my room was very loud when it was on. The breakfast didn't have much variety.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Breakfast is good
Cons: Rooms are very small
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean, stylish and spacious. The free car park was situated in a yard that was closed for the night (drive in and out was possible), and there was a bus stop next to the hotel. The wifi access was stable. Gentrified neighbourhood.
Cons: Nothing serious. The furniture showed signs of deterioration (slightly visible large stains on the bed scarf, shower head not staying in place).

Pros: All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It would take me ages to give examples as there were so many. Breakfast was also really good. Excellent value for money-would go there again if the need arose.
Cons: We had a triple room which was a bit of a squeeze for three large adults. Basically it was a twin room with an extra bed thrown in by the radiator. Having said that, the beds were clean and very comfortable-even the extra one. Location ideal for Paris La Defense but not really for too much more.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Room service. Acceptable breakfast.
Cons: Quality of the bed. Difficult access. Small room.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location of the Hotel nearby center of the town
Cons: In front of the hotel there a road and a parking area without any sort of pavement and full of mud. It is horrible to walk in and out of the hotel and get the shoes totally dirty at any time.
7.0 Good
Pros: good buffet breakfast; exceptional location for events in Paris (38 mins to Louvre by RER and metro) and for visiting Versailles. Have used this hotel about 6 times in the past 19 years. Its location and St Germain en Laye are beautiful.
Cons: Finding a parking space in the hotel car park is challenging....to the say the least. In addition, the car park and access to the hotel front door can get very muddy when it rains...It has been like this ever since I stayed in this hotel for the first time back in 2005!!
7.0 Good
Pros: 10 minutes walk from city center, room OK, kind staff and comfortable bed. tried breakfast in my previous stay and it was ok even if overpriced, I did not have breakfast this time.
Cons: Room 422 in the second building behind the principal one, Overpriced, fridge Empty, old bathroom. if walking from RER station, part of the street to arrive to Hotel is not asphalted, when it is raining it is not a real pleasure, a lot of mud.

7.0 Good
Pros: The location is great (direct connection to the Champs Elysee and the Arc de Triomphe) but unfortunately severely affected by the mass transport stikes during our stay. Outstanding TV !! Comfortable king-size bed, privilege room with a view and free refreshments offered.
Cons: The room was tiny, and the breakfast doesn't meet our expectations (not even a 2 stars hotel breakfast)!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location... staff... breakfast
Cons: If you have an issue with slight noise from metro take room on higher floor. Some reviews really exaggerate noise level! It was no problem at all.... Would recommend premium room.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The lobby is cute
Cons: When I arrived they asked me if I had been here before, and I said no. The staff then gave me the keys to a room Which was in the building across the street. The room was filthy and that was not the room that I had asked for, so I went back to the lobby and told them that it was the wrong room. They then changed me to a new room. When I used the key and walked into the room, there was another guest staying inside of it... this was awkward and made me feel so uncomfortable. I was then given the room down the hall which was slightly better then the first. I was no compensated in any way for all the things that happened to me which not only was an embarrassment to the hotel but a waste of my time. Also in the morning the maids walked twice into the room (the do not disturb sign was on the door) and woke me up and disturbed me. Clearly they do not know what knocking on a door is. I think very highly of accor hotels but this was terrible and has obviously made me doubt weather I will be staying in one next time.
7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff; convenient for our travel plans; reasonable breakfast with sufficient choices;
Cons: Room too hot - difficult to control temperature; mould on shower tiling quit visible and extensive; directions by RER A going from Chatelet des Halles could be better - we got off one stop too early when there is a station just beside the hotel - better signage on the website would help; no dining room and the surrounding area is short of good places to eat at weekends - business sector so weekday opening only for most.

Pros: Great value for money
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff, clean rooms.

Cons: Pre authorisation was 400 euro before you even paid for the hotel. It is released when you check out, but this always takes 3-5 working days to be put back into your account. I understand that pre authorisation needs to be done but 400 euro is a bit excessive. Also I booked the room for 304 and I had to pay 346?

Cons: Breakfast. Not worth of 15 euros.
