Cons: We were 'upgraded' to a bigger room with a bigger bed - which we had to pay for - but the 'bigger bed' was just two singles pushed together. Not good or comfortable. The room was nice though.

Cons: Was not aware when I booked reservation that I had to pay 300sk for pet fee. Also, they force me to upgrade the room(100sk) because the one I booked was not pet friendly even though I booked hotel stating that. The phone in the room did it work. Tried to call FD several times using my cell phone and could not get hold of anyone.

Cons: I am not fully clear on how they differentiate between the room categories - we booked a larger room, while our friend booked the smallest category receiving a room about the same size. For the hotel being still quite new, I was shocked by the bathroom - there was mould all around the bathtub, which was really disgusting. Bathroom could have been cleaner overall. The hotel is really big and it was very busy. That means, you have to wait ages for the elevators becoming available and breakfast being served at two locations, from wich the downstairs location is not as good as upstairs (e.g. no waffles downstairs).

Cons: No fault of the hotel, but the roads in Malmö were in a dreadful state because of closures. We have stayed at the hotel several times and know that part of town well, but not well enough to navigate the one-way streets we were forced to take.

Cons: Chose this hotel for the late checkout. My husband and I arrived back to our hotel two hours before checkout and while my husband was taking a shower, I was laying on the bed relaxing. Someone knocked on the door, but before I had time to answer it was already opened by a grumpy woman asking me what time we were checking out. When I told her “within the next our” she rolled her eyes, sighed, looked at her clock and closed the door with a angry face. SO RUDE!! What if I was laying naked on the bed and she just walked in like that?? Told the receptionist when we checked out, didn’t even say sorry on her behalf. I’m not coming back.

Cons: I'm very disappointed with the way my reservation was handled and the service of the receptionist. I clearly mentioned in the reservation that I needed the invoice split. Receptionist was rude when i asked for the invoice. It seems she did not even plan to give me the invoice when I checked out. No free parking options around the hotel Breakfast is the same everyday and not many choices.

Cons: On arrival, we were told the type of room we had booked (the bigger double) was full so we’d have to take a smaller double. We were told “well, you have arrived late” (we took a train from the other side of Sweden which arrived at 10pm) although we’d booked this hotel at least 1.5 months ago, so not sure what difference this makes. Was then overcharged for the smaller room and only got refunded the difference once i pointed this out. The room itself wasn’t great - it was directly next to the reception and it kinda felt like it was an overflow room if the hotel had too many guests. Also felt unwelcoming and tiny for 2 people. There was trash in the bin on arrival as well and could hear doors slamming all night. General wear and tear in the room. At least the bed was very comfortable.

Pros: This is an absolutely wonderful hotel. It is just steps away from many restaurants as well as the Old Town Square. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good and replenished to have great selection at all times. There was a problem with my reservation not showing up. Ingrid was checking me in and she was so patient and kind while I used the internet to retrieve my email confirmation. I was able to email Kayak and have them provide proof that I had paid. I was in a total panic thinking that I had maybe booked and prepaid for the wrong night. Thank you so much Ingrid for all of your help.
