Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to transportation hubs and the airport, making it ideal for transit and short stays. However, many reviews highlight significant concerns with cleanliness, including unpleasant odors, dirty rooms, and hallway conditions. Service quality is also a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning unfriendly or inattentive staff and slow check-in processes. While some guests find the hotel offers good value for money, others feel the amenities and room quality do not match the price. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, while cleanliness and service need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
