Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with many mentioning the animation team and restaurant personnel as standout features. The hotel’s atmosphere, green spaces, and pool areas are appreciated, although several reviews note issues with cleanliness, pool maintenance, and repetitive or uninspired food options. While some guests had exceptional experiences with service and activities, others were disappointed by the quality and diversity of meals, as well as occasional lapses in room hygiene and maintenance.
