Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and friendly, attentive service. Many note that the hotel is undergoing significant renovations, resulting in frequent noise and some disruption to amenities such as the spa, gym, and bar. Cleanliness and room comfort receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms well-kept and others citing issues. Despite these drawbacks, renovated rooms and public areas are appreciated, and the overall atmosphere is described as pleasant by several reviewers. Communication about ongoing works could be improved, as some guests were not informed in advance.
