Pros (+) We loved every single piece of art there and the décor of the place is so very 1920s glamour. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was good. We appreciated being able to check in an hour earlier than the said time.
Cons (-) The wifi can be a little slow at times. Not a big problem but one of our dressing gowns were’t replaced after day 2 and my partnet had to ring to ask for one. They couldn’t understand what we said, so we had to show them the gown. All solved quickly but it should not have been something customers need to ask- room service should be perfection.
