Very good
Michelle, Jan 2019 - Hotel Muse Bangkok, Autograph Collection
Pros (+) We loved every single piece of art there and the décor of the place is so very 1920s glamour. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was good. We appreciated being able to check in an hour earlier than the said time.

Pros (+) Reception was helpful
Cons (-) They charged us for local calls from hotel room. Don't forget to press the special do not disturb button or they may ring the door 3 times early in the morning.

Wonderful
Daniel, May 2016 - Hotel Muse Bangkok, Autograph Collection
Pros (+) Unique, beautiful hotel... really enjoyed our stay here. Superbly designed rooms and incredibly comfortable bed and sheets. Very helpful and welcoming staff - concierge Boom was especially great. Food was very tasty and of high quality. The highlight of our trip to Bangkok!
Cons (-) Breakfast was a bit pricey, but really good selection of foods (including gluten-free and dairy-free options). You can pre-buy a breakfast "certificate" which provides a bit of a discount.
