I have stayed at the St Pancras many, many times. After the pandemic everything has gone downhill, except the price. You pay over 600 GBP/ night and: 1. When you check in your Bonvoy card is not included. Of course they then don't offer you an upgrade or extra miles 2. I had reserved a king size and they tried to put me in a double, when I complained I was given a king size for disabled which was ...

Great location near Buckingham Palace with easy access to the underground. Very interesting old building with intriguing connections to WW2. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice bar with terrace over the main entrance. Unusually. there is an Apiary on the third floor at the back of the building. You can view it through glass.

But I could use my iPhone, I guess (like half the restaur...

Hot water went out for a entire night and day and there was no communication about it. We had to ask what was going on. An employee knocked on our room door and barged into our room randomly one day even though we had it set to DnD and I yelled to hold on. I’ve never seen anyone from hotel staff do that. Shower has no walls so the water gets everywhere in the bathroom. No one that helps with bags ...

The staff were very friendly and kind, plus there was complimentary glass bottles of water in the room with water fountains on each floor that provide sparkling or still to refill the bottles with. The restaurant was also delicious in addition to all the other amenities like the pool, spa, steam room, sauna, etc.
