Guests consistently praised the hotel's pools, describing them as fantastic, well-maintained, and suitable for both children and adults. Many also highlighted the cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of rooms and outdoor areas. However, there were frequent complaints about the service, with several guests mentioning unhelpful or indifferent staff, issues with requests, and problems at reception. The breakfast and food quality received mixed reviews, with some guests enjoying the variety and others finding it lacking, especially for an all-inclusive experience.
