Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's location near the Haram, making it very convenient for religious visits. Cleanliness and service receive mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating the staff's helpfulness and others noting issues with room maintenance and cleaning. The elevator system is a significant source of frustration, with many guests complaining about long wait times and complicated access to rooms. Breakfast and food variety are mentioned, but opinions are divided. Overall, the proximity to the Haram stands out as the hotel's main strength.

It’s the oldest hotel in the Clock Tower and hence dated. Need to improve the facilities substantially. The air conditioning is too cold and the bathrooms need update. Location wise it can’t go wrong and has decent value for money
