Carillon Miami Wellness Resort

Viewing exercise as an integral part of wellness, this hotel offers over 20 group fitness classes every day, plus the opportunity to book a personal training session or fitness check-up. Class schedules can change regularly so it is best to check what’s available during your stay, but options may include yoga, barre, cycling, boot camp, TRX, boxing, zumba, and aqua aerobics. There is also a two-story indoor rock wall, and kinesis classes to give you guided instruction on using the fitness center equipment.

Many of the spa’s signature treatments are inspired by the hotel’s seaside location, such as the 50m seaside facial, which uses alpha-hydroxy renewal and a wave-like massage rhythm to soothe your skin. You could also opt for a mud massage or a detox wrap in the aemotio spa cabin, which features high-tech facilities such as color therapy and a heated water mattress. Guests may also enjoy non-traditional spa therapies, such as a pro-sleep ritual, salt floating, cryotherapy or a Tibetan bowl ritual featuring aromatherapy oils and a meditative atmosphere.

There is always an exciting event going on at this hotel, from the regularly scheduled to unique pop ups or whole-weekend programs. Guests can enjoy a discount by using a special promo code. Options include the regular Sunday "Beach after Brunch" event, skincare masterclasses, meditation workshops, spa socials and an entire range of weekend retreats looking at subjects such as healthy heating or Tibetan meditation techniques.

If you’re looking for a truly relaxing time away from the kids, you can head to the adults-only pool on the hotel rooftop. The hydrotherapy circuit with thermal experiences is also reserved for guests aged over 14 years.
