Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location, stylish design, and inviting pool area. Many found the rooms clean and appreciated the friendly beach and concierge staff. However, several reviewers were disappointed with the service, describing front desk staff as unhelpful or unprofessional. There were repeated complaints about unclear or excessive charges and a lack of value for the price paid. While some enjoyed the amenities, others noted issues with room size, noise, and limited restaurant options. Overall, the hotel's location and pool are highlights, but service and value need improvement.
