The only good thing is location. Everything else was not good. Parking situation was horrible couldn’t even offload my luggage to get it into my room, the police had a nasty attitude even after I told him that’s what the hotel told me to do( park momentarily in front to unload ). You get what you pay for, a bed and a shower.

Pros (+) The location, location, location. the price. comfortable and clean beds.
Cons (-) Could have been cleaner. When were the Blinds and windows ever cleaned? Very noisy from halls inside and outside activity. Not the safety factor I'm used to when staying in a motel/hotel.

Cons (-) It isn't a nice place, so as long as you don't have high expectations than you will most likely enjoy your stay. We were there only to sleep. Good deal for the location you are in

Pros (+) As long as you don't need luxury, this is the absolute best hotel for your money in South Beach. The location is AMAZING and it seems like they've made some improvements over the last few years. Love this place!
