Pros (+) Everything! Accommodations were super nice especially for the price, breakfast was excellent, great location, owners were amazingly friendly. Just a beautiful place.

Pros (+) Super friendly staff. Beautifully appointed. Very comfy. Wonderful view from the deck of First Beach. And breakfast cafe smelled amazing (will eat there next time!)
Cons (-) Walls are somewhat thin. Could hear conversations from the room next door and from the hall. But not too terrible and the many good things FAR outweighed the thin walls.
