Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor service, unhelpful or rude staff, and issues with deposits and check-in. Cleanliness was also a major concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, stained beds, and general lack of upkeep. While some guests felt the price was acceptable for what was offered, others felt misled by extra charges or the condition of the property. A few positive notes included the hotel's location and, in rare cases, friendly staff or good value for the price.
