Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to major transport hubs and the city center, as a major advantage. Some guests appreciated the spacious rooms and occasional helpful service, while others noted issues with amenities, particularly the air conditioning, which often required an extra fee and sometimes performed poorly. Cleanliness and bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some positive mentions but also several complaints. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's best feature, but guests were frequently dissatisfied with extra charges for basic amenities and inconsistent service.AI-generated from customer reviews
