Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing key attractions. The breakfast is frequently described as varied and high quality, with many appreciating the selection and freshness. Service from staff is often noted as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, particularly in rooms and bathrooms, and some mention issues with the pool area, such as poor maintenance or cold water. Despite these drawbacks, the value for price and central setting are strong positives for most visitors.
