Pros: I was surprised at how clean and fresh the linens and towels were. Also, the shared bathrooms were very well attended.

Cons: I think the property could have been more careful restored in terms of the furnishings and paint.

Pros: Super central location, ideal for quick visits to the city. Very interesting (though old and not well maintained) building with quite a personality. We had a fantastic room facing the theatre.

Pros: The location was very good.

Cons: It's more akin to a hostel than a hotel, but that's ok if that's what you seek. When it rained, water came into the room through the balcony doors.
