“This was third time I have stayed at Hotel Broadway and I have been satisfied each time. It is basic accomodation and the rooms are compact, but always clean. You don't get a view from your room, but the a/c, hot water and fridge all work well. The staff are always helpful without being overbearing. The hotel is in a good location to access most sites in the area by foot. It is a very short walk to Gateway Of India, and there are plenty of food options nearby. At checkout on this occasion I accidentally handed over too much money as I paid While I was out in the street getting a taxi, a staff member came out to find me and give back what I had overpaid. Very grateful for this, I would not have realised until I reached the next city, if at all. Thanks to the people at Hotel Broadway for their honesty.”
