Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access public transport, shops, and city attractions. Many found the rooms clean and appreciated the value for money, especially with well-equipped kitchens and comfortable beds. However, several reviews noted issues with noise due to nearby construction, and some guests were dissatisfied with the lack of on-site staff and the reliance on automated or app-based service. While some found the service attentive and helpful, others experienced communication challenges and delays. Overall, the positives focused on location, cleanliness, and good value.AI-generated from customer reviews
