Cons (-) Front desk employees not professional; casual family owned. Did not give me wake up call as requested which caused me to miss my Lyft and pay a $10 fee. Cons (-) The Worst Possible Thing Ever! , my husband & I rented 3 rooms all 3 rooms ran out of toilet paper before we left on Sunday morn. The house keeping was very poor.

Pros (+) Nothing was good about this place!
Cons (-) I don't know if they were full and put me in the most disgusting room in hotel or if they're all like that. By far the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. I didn't want to walk on the carpet barefoot and wore sandals in the shower. I have stayed in hostels and motels and my room here was grosser than those. Wish I would have asked for a refund and left!!!!

Cons (-) First, they overbooked and then it took them 30 minutes to get me the room I had reserved a week earlier Second, they were doing construction and allowed their contractors to shut off the water for about 30 minutes IN THE MORNING with no warning. Cons (-) The hotel was undergoing renovations and I wasn't informed of this before my stay. The noise was a bit much at times and made it difficult to meet with business associates at the hotel.
