Cons: The only thing we didn't like was the room wasn't ready and that seemed common. It was also disappointing that we couldn't bring the bags in and keep in the back until rooms were ready. The mgr made that call.

Cons: the cold breakfast was good, but missed a good hot breakfast!

Cons: Breakfast was included with our hotel package. The choices did change on a daily basis. My only complaint about the breakfast was that the eggs were a strange consistency which made me think that they weren't fresh.

Cons: The breakfast was poor— the excuse is covid.

Cons: There is two sea crest hotels I though i was staying in the one infront of the beach but instead they gave me a room that was not ocean view I thought that was not good since i payed almost $600

Cons: The service was poor from day 1 till I got home and is still poor. Day 1 - dirt or something around the toilet and tissue roll was broke. Fan above stove broke. broken knife in drawer. gave knife to lady who cleans rooms says not my job. day 2 - Called about fan - still no knife returned -no one showed to fix fan- elevator stopped working, stuck on 3rd floor day 3 - called again about fan and knife - no one cleaned room called for towels twice had to go get towels from main desk. got knife around 4pm day 4 - no one cleaned room again, called about fan, now someone shows late that day. day 5 check out, daughter left phone, called at 2 spoke to a fairly rude female, who showed no concern with taking my name or number and said some might call me tomorrow. called back at 6:30 and spoke to a very rude female who tried to hang up after saying the cleaning people went home at 4. I told here I called over 4 hours ago, she looked it up and said they found it but the lost and found person is gone and want be back till Wednesday and there is nothing that anyone can do. So I am still waiting to get my babies phone back.

Cons: There were some areas where the ceilings and walls needed some cleaning. The pool areas were very nice but were always very crowded.

Cons: I didn't feel that everything was clean. I SPRAYED my bed and that was about the only thing I sat on. The couches looked stained and my brother who slept on the pull out bed said it stinks.

Cons: Oceanfront queen suite was crowded for four people. I had stayed at this resort before and with the oceanview room with two queen beds we also had a sitting area with a sofa that gave us the extra room we needed to be more comfortable. Oceanfront was not worth the compromised space.

Cons: Was very disappointed as I booked a king room and upon checkin none were available. Bathroom door squeaked horribly. Refrigerator leaked into the floor and needed defrosted.

Cons: They won't let you use your own umbrella unless it is placed behind the ones you have to purchase/rent for the day.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the people next to us were smoking non-stop, at first it was just on the balcony and I smelled it then (that was understandable, they obviously had to smoke and did it outside) but by the last day they were obviously smoking in their hotel room and we had an adjoining room door (we didnt know them) so smoke was coming in under the door. I didnt complain as I did not want the hassle and confrontation on an otherwise enjoyable stay. I realize that unless I complained you could not handle it but I didnt want to make an issue of it.

Cons: There was a stain on the comforter, but wasn't a big deal, we didn't even sleep on that bed we wanted to sleep on the one closet to the ocean anyways.

Cons: I was confused on how to get to the front desk/lobby area at first. Not many signs but was able to locate it after a couple minutes.

Cons: No hot tub, breakfast closed too early, bar closed too early

Cons: There wasn't much to say that I didn't like so I guess our only complaint was there was no hot tub.

Cons: was charged a nominal purposeless resort fee, it was winter, few guests and the temps were in the 30's...it was only $4.

Cons: Only negative i could find was the free breakfast buffet where guest could not take food back to room which made no sense since rooms had kitchens and were set up for extended stays and cooking anyway. Dining area was not big enough for a large crowd either. But thats only big complaint

Cons: We didn't like the fact that housekeeping ignored our "do not disturb" sign and woke us up at 9 after we didn't check in until after 2am. The air conditioning unit in the front room of the suite didn't work so it was extra hot at all times. Only one of our two bedside table lamps had a working switch so we had to keep unscrewing it and then moving it to the other one to control the second lamp. The air conditioning in the bedroom was motion activated so it would turn off while we were asleep. (making the room very warm)

Cons: even though you had to cross the street to go to the indoor pool, we had a great time.

Cons: The manager was rude. Someone pooped in the pool and the staff said it happens all the time. When I spoke to the manager he said "they didn't know what they were talking about, it does not happen all the time". My kids got sick after swimming in the pool. The floors were dirty.

Cons: Our cable was fuzzy and the room could use paint but those are minor issues.

Cons: Elevators were slow slow and slower, cleaning staff wakes you up too early no do not disturb tags to put on door,

Cons: Room needed updating. Pillows were small on beds. Outlets were very old and some even looked to be a hazard. TV was older tube flat screen. Could see in other rooms that some had been updated, but not all. Stove had visible rust on the top. We had 4 women in the room and had to ask for extra bath towels every day. That process usually involved 2 calls to the desk at least an hour or so apart.

Cons: The Front Desk staff was short and made me feel like I was bothering them when trying to notify them that our refrigerator was not working properly. We did not get an Ocean Front Room, even though we thought we had booked one. One of the Front desk staff was argumentative regarding this. The room had one Air conditioner unit to cool the efficiency room we stayed in even thoug it was technically 2 separate Bedrooms.

Cons: Worst motel ever.... the front desk help was horrible and the house keeping staff was just as bad...and I was there for my honey moon... I've been all over this country and this place was by far the worst ever, would not recommend this place to anyone...never again..

Cons: Worst overnight experience ever. The room wreaked of marijuana. Everything was filthy. There were pubic hairs on the sheets & mold on the floor. We literally did not want to touch anything. If we hadn't driven 10+ hours & already paid in full we would have slept in the car. Thankfully it was for one night until we could check into our other hotel. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Cons: First of all. it is not oceanfront. The entire hotel is sideview of ocean. I could not get a refund. I made reservation for two nights and only was approve refund for one night. I haven't receive my refund as of yet. I should have receive refund for both night, because of false advertising. IT IS NOT OCEANFRONT.
