Guests consistently praise the hotel’s exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, with many highlighting the excellent service and willingness to go above and beyond. The breakfast receives positive remarks for its variety and quality, often served on a pleasant terrace. While the location is convenient for some, others note concerns about safety or distance from main attractions. Noise from the street and other guests is a recurring issue, and opinions on cleanliness are mixed, with some finding rooms clean and others noting wear or occasional issues.
